1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

A booking is confirmed once an agreed custom itinerary has been accepted and the requisite deposit received. Final payment schedules and payment methods (bank transfer / secure online card payment) are outlined in your personalized proposal.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

All items explicitly listed under "Inclusions" (e.g. 5-star Half-Board accommodation, private air-conditioned transport, chauffeur-guide lodging/meals, highway tolls, and specified entrance fees) are covered. Items listed under "Exclusions" (e.g. international airfare, Sri Lanka ETA visas, alcoholic drinks, lunch, and personal tips) remain the responsibility of the traveler.

3. Changes & Customizations

We take pride in bespoke flexibility. Minor itinerary adjustments requested before or during the journey will be accommodated wherever logistically feasible. Any supplementary costs from hotel upgrades or route expansions will be transparently discussed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the specific policies of booked luxury hotels and safari permits. Standard cancellation timelines and refund guidelines are itemized on your written quotation prior to payment.
